Blogging can go badly. Some who take to the electrons to write are viciously attacked for their views. So long as that attack remains honest and focuses on ideas and concepts there is no problem. But once attacks  become personal the entire face of blogging changes. Indeed, some wish to silence bloggers by threatening them.
